USA Youth and High School Rugby Presents a Virtual Coaches Workshop

On Wednesday, March 6th at 7 PM Eastern, USA Youth & HS Rugby, in conjunction with PCA and Curry Brand, will host a virtual Developing Competitors Through Positive Coaching Workshop.
In this highly interactive workshop on March 6th – attendees will explore how to pursue sustained success for their athletes both on and off the field by developing competitors and life skills through rugby. Each coach will leave the workshop as a PCA-certified PositiveCoach, knowing how to establish a Positive Youth Sports Culture where athletes feel safe, seen, heard, and valued using the following principles:
• Building Trusting Relationships
• ELM Tree of Mastery
• Filling Emotional Tanks
• Honoring the Game
