USA Rugby Launches "The American Way" Coaching Conference: Here's What You Need to Know
USA Rugby is bringing coaches, administrators, and rugby leaders together for a first-of-its-kind national event: The American Way Coaching Conference.
Designed to elevate coaching standards and strengthen the pathway from grassroots rugby to the highest levels of the sport, The American Way is a premier opportunity for coaches at every level to learn, connect, and grow the game together — right here in the United States.
What to Expect
The conference is built around practical, game-relevant coaching education, with a format that emphasizes peer learning and real connection. Attendees can look forward to:
- A dynamic mix of keynote speakers and curriculum sessions
- Interactive coach-to-coach learning opportunities
- Networking with fellow coaches, administrators, and rugby leaders from across the country
- A ticket to the USA vs. Argentina XV match on August 15th — included with all registrations
- A special discount available for the 2026 US Rugby Foundation Hall of Fame Ceremony on August 14th

The American Way Coaching Conference will be held at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel (1617 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316). A reserved room block is available for attendees at special rates — so you can stay right where the action happens.

Space is limited, so register early. All registrations are processed through the USA Rugby Learning Center via Rugby Xplorer:
- Log in to your USA Rugby Member Profile at rugbyxplorer.com.au
- Click "Learning Center" in the left-hand menu
- Select Course Catalog
- Choose your registration option:
- Standard Conference Registration: $225 (USA Rugby members) | $275 (non-members)
- Conference + Discounted Hall of Fame Ticket: $425
All registrations include a ticket to the USA vs. Argentina XV match on August 15th.
